We are here to service our customers. We have the right to refuse any service to any customer such as bad attitude, bringing drama to the business ect. Here at One of a Kind we will treat all customers with respect and resolve any issue to the best of our ability if there is one. One of a Kind has multiple services to offer. To ensure the best service please schedule appointments a week in advance. When booking hair appointments a $40 deposit is required. The deposit will secure your date and time with One of a Kind. Also when paying deposit you are allowed 20 minutes after appointment to show up.nIf for any reason a customer is later than 20 minutes you will have to reschedule and pay another deposit. All customers will be allowed one waived deposit fee if for any reason you have to rebook. When booking appointment be ware that some styles take longer than others, so prepare yourself. We take our time with every service to ensure it is perfection.
